PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Spring Creek Ranch
The full balance is due at the time of booking. You may book online with a credit card or by using Paypal.
If need be, payments may be made by check or money order, please email Sarah@SpringCreekWinthrop.com to make arrangements for this type of payment.
There is no refund available for reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date. If your reservation was made with less than 30 days to the arrival date, there is no cancellation or refund allowed.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the first day of the reservation will be refunded in full minus a $25 processing fee.
CHANGE IN NUMBER OF GUESTS OR STAY
There will be no refund for deletion of guests within the thirty (30) day period prior to arrival date. There will be no refund for any unused portion of your stay.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Guests are responsible for any and all damage they may cause during their stay. The renter agrees that they are responsible to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of the damaged items.
Except for normal use and maintenance, the Renters shall leave the premises in as good condition as the Premises were in at the commencement of the term. Excessive cleaning charges will be at the rate of $50.00 per hour. The Renters shall pay for all damages to the Premises and will hold Spring Creek Ranch, LLC harmless there from. A failure to immediately notify Spring Creek Ranch of any substandard condition in the Premises by the Renters shall constitute a waiver of any claims regarding the condition of the Premises.
Pets are NOT allowed at the Spring Creek Ranch HOUSE. Dogs are permitted at the Spring Creek CABIN and Owl’s Nest CABIN, WITH prior approval and at a rate of $20 per night. For extended dog stays Spring Creek Ranch will cap dog charges at $50. Guests must email Spring Creek Ranch prior to making a booking for this payment arrangement to happen.
This rental is a smoke free lodging facility. Any breach of these rules will result in eviction, forfeiture of full rental amount, damage deposit and any future use of the Premises.
We cannot be responsible for winter weather conditions, so when you make your winter reservations, make sure that you have proper equipment to drive in the snow and carry tire chains for driving over the passes. Our local roads are always kept open and are in good condition for winter travel. There are no refunds for road closures, or for undesirable weather (too much snow, not enough snow, rain etc…) However, if both Stevens and Snoqualmie mountain passes are closed for more than eight hours, guests may reschedule at the earliest possible date, within three months of the pass closure.
Spring Creek Ranch is not obligated to refund reservations to due to extreme events such as pandemics.
We also cannot be responsible for summer weather (too hot, not hot enough) conditions. Spring Creek Ranch is not obligated to refund reservations due to extreme natural events such as wildfires, mudslides and pandemics.
RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
Spring Creek Ranch will return items left behind, at the owners request. The charge for this service is $25 + shipping.
