An amazing array of wildlife, including white-tailed and mule deer, bobcats, river otters and bears.  The Ranch is also an incredible site for birding: a family of ospreys has made a home in our handcrafted nesting platform and The Ranch has also been the site of a blue heron rookery for the last several years.  Spring Creek itself is a major spawning ground for wild salmon.  This year marked a spectacular return for all species.  Guests at the Ranch were able to watch salmon making reds and finishing the final leg of their incredible journey from the Pacific Ocean. {see site map}
